John Lewis Community Grant Award

Greening Wymondham are very pleased to announce that in April of this year, we were awarded the John Lewis (Waitrose) Community Matters (Healthy Communities) Grant and received the sum of £1250.

We run a lot of community projects which all need funding and so this money will be used among all our many endeavours to improve and enhance the local environment.

Committee member and joint co-ordinator for Browick Road Community Orchard Peter Knights attended on behalf of Greening Wymondham at the cheque presentation which took place at Waitrose Wymondham.

We are hugely grateful for these funds and thank the staff at Waitrose for the grant. It will most definitely be put to good use.
